Two teenage sisters filed sexual abuse complaint against father in Firozabad district

AGRA/FIROZABAD: Two teenage sisters on Monday filed a complaint of sexual abuse against their own father in Firozabad district.
Residents of Nagla Chandi village in Sirsaganj area, the sisters age 13 and 15 who study in class X and XII respectively, went to local police station and gave written complaint against their father.
According to sisters, “On several occasion, our father had tried to make sexual advances on us.He often use to lace our food and drinks with intoxicants and later tried to touch our private parts inappropriately, while we were unconscious.”
“Recently we caught him in the act, when he tried to touch our abdomen. After dinner when we went to sleep, we came in our room and tried to molest. Fortunately we are not completely unconscious and overthrew him from our room,” claimed duo.
As per elder sister, “When we protested against his advancement, he burn my hand.”
The accused is father of four children, including three daughters and one son. One girl has been married, while rest all live together with him and his wife.
The sisters alleged, that even after several complaints about his act to mother and other relatives, there was no end to molestation and they finally decided to complaint about the matter to police.
According to station officer of Sirsaganj, Ghanendar Kumar Yadav, “This is one of the most outrageous cases I came to know. I’m still not able to digest the fact. I have met the relatives to investigate the matter.”
“On the basis of written complaint filed by two teenage girls, we have booked the accused father under IPC section 354 (?Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and POCSO,” said officer Yadav.
After the complaint in police, the accused father is on run.
