Social media abuzz with Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University youth festival

AURANGABAD: The forthcoming youth festival 'Ankur' organised by Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University (BAMU) at Tuljabhavani Engineering College,Osmanabad has created abuzz social media websites. The three day festival will begin on September 19.
The organisers of BAMU have made the best use of social media for spreading awareness about the mega event. They have created a dedicated handle for their Facebook and Twitter promotion and have received several followers within no time.A team of BAMU officials have already reached Tuljapur to ensure adequate arrangements are been made for their upcoming event.
An organizer of BAMU said, "The youth festival has been themed on hope for the deteriorating conditions of the farming community. The official logo of the festival has been launched during formal ceremony. By making best use of social media, we have been reaching out to target audience across the globe."
The three day long mega event which is an annual event of the university was cancelled last year due to drought conditions in the region. The organisers have made sure that this year event turns out to be a success.
Several artists, including film-personalities having their roots in Marathwada have started extending their best wishes for the successful conduct of the youth festival.
