I like to find a balance between work and home life. My simple rule is – start the day early, stick to fixed work timings and keep the weekends for family.
Being a fit manI am not a fitness enthusiast but I eat healthy. I do daily yoga and meditation.
Energy high and happinessI believe in family bonds and get my strength and happiness from the unconditional love and closeness that I share with my family.
For a successful career one must have a happy family life.
Risk-taker or a micro-plannerI believe in analysing the situation and then strategically planning to achieve the desired goal-oriented result. Opportunity comes with risk, I try to pre-empt and calculate the plausible consequences and prepare myself for necessary measures.
Spiritual dietRegardless of where I reach, I will never stop remembering the Almighty. I start my day with praying and this is what keeps me going. I live by the mantra: always acknowledge and appreciate what you have. Accept failures, learn from them and walk forward.
Handling failure/successI don’t let success and failure define me; I do not let them get to me. I embrace failure as I accept success. Failure is a part of life. The more one loses control over the situation, the more one drifts away from the path of success. I exercise self-composure that plays a vital role in handling psychological issues. For me, each day is different, and controlling emotions in such situations helps me in taking the right decision and performing more accurately.
Crisis management As a leader, it is imperative to have an eye to anticipate crisis. One must always have a proactive approach to manage vulnerable situations. During a crisis, a thorough assessment of the situation is mandatory to create a protocol to combat any disaster.
