JAMMU: Minister for Forest Choudhary Lal Singh today laid the stone of Jambu zoo at Khanpur in Nagrota.

Minister for Forest Choudhary Lal Singh today laid the stone of Jambu zoo at Khanpur in Nagrota.

The project would be completed in two years at an estimated cost of Rs 120 crore.

Jammu East MLA Rajesh Gupta, former Basholi MLA Kanta Andotra, Principal Chief Conservator of Forests AK Singh, J&K Pollution Control Board Chairman Ravi Kesar, Chief Wildlife Warden Suresh Chug, IWDP Project Chief PK Singh, Social Forestry Director Anil Kumar Tikoo and Ecology, Environment and Remote Sensing Director OP Sharma were present.
