Gurinder Singh Bajwa , who had resigned from the post of the AAP zonal in charge after removal of Sucha Singh Chottepur recently accused the party of exploiting sentiments of the people of Punjab here today.
He said even as the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) was gearing up to release its farmers’ manifesto, most of its leaders were not aware of the ground-level realities. “They are merely exploiting the masses,” he added.
In a press conference here today, Bajwa said Arvind Kejriwal had met a Municipal Councillor at his home inorder to convince him to join the party today. “It shows that graph of the party has gone down. It is the same Kejriwal, who was earlier reluctant to attend functions, where former MLAs and MPs were present, is now visiting homes of councillors,” said Bajwa.
He said AAP has backstabbed Sucha Singh Chottepur and the people of Punjab.
