The scheme would be completed in two years with an investment cost of Rs 92.17 crore. Once completed clean drinking water would be provided to 19,000 homes. Speaking on the occasion, Mr Chowdhary said, "the Palamu is known for its drought as there was dearth of irrigation facilities due to which many people forced to migrate.
