The South Western Railway announced a revision in timings of some trains and new stoppage points for those coming to the state from across the country.

BENGALURU: The South Western Railway announced a revision in timings of some trains and new stoppage points for those coming to the state from across the country.
Hubbali, Balharshah, Bhusawal, Manmad, Wadi and Amla will be the new stops for trains reaching Bengaluru from across the country. The new schedule will be effective from the first week of October.
The timings of Arakkonam-Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna (Bengaluru) Passenger at Whitefield station have been revised with effect from September 12 for the benefit of IT professionals who stay or work near the software hub.
The train's arrival time at Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna (Bengaluru) station will remain the same. It will reach Whitefield at 6.03pm and leave at 6.05pm as against the existing schedule.
