Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Sep 8 2016 9:48PM Pansare murder case: police custody of 2nd accused Dr Tawade extended till Sep 16Kolhapur, Sep 8 (UNI) A court here today extended up to September 16 the police custody of Dr Virendrasinh Tawade, a suspect in rationalist Dr Narendra Dabholkar murder case and who has been arrested on September 3 as second accused in senior CPI leader Govind Pansare murder case, to establish the link between the two murders.The Special Investigation Team (SIT) of city police produced Tawade before First Class Judicial Magistrate U B Kalpagar, in absence of Judge Ms V V Patil who is on leave, following the expiry of five days police custody.Presenting strong arguments, newly appointed public prosecutor Shivajhirao Rane, in place of Chandrakant Budhare specially for this case, told the court that the SIT's investigation was on the right track and demanded to extend the police custody of accused Tawade by nine days for further investigation.Please log in to get detailed story.Tags: #Pansare murder case: police custody of 2nd accused Dr Tawade extended till Sep 16
