In his address at the two-day seventh edition of MIPCON 2016 conference and Exposition on 'Managing IP Assets for Business and Academic Competence' being organised by Andhra Pradesh Technology Development and Promotion Centre (APTDC) of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) here, Mr Narasimhan also urged IP to engage with innovators at the grass root level which will help in overall incentivization of the stakeholders.
