Jacqueline Fernandez goes ‘desi’ again in Anamika Khanna!

Looks like Jacqueline Fernandez is fashion’s favourite child at the moment. The Bollywood beauty is all set to make her debut appearance at the New York Fashion Week as the brand ambassador of TRESemmé India.

Recently, the ‘A Flying Jatt’ actress told IANS, “The whole vibe is all about taking fashion and style a notch higher, and that’s totally me. I cannot wait to get some take away some great beauty and fashion trends from there.” And we are sure she is going to do exactly that! Fernandez has been scoring some major brownie points lately, especially with Indian wear. Remember when she sported a pink and gold Banarasi woven sari by Jade and gold jewellery from Amrapali? And the time before that when she appeared for a special episode on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa in a breezy Ridhi Mehra outfit? We think she looked absolutely lovely, both the times.

This time it’s no different! The actress decided to take the desi route in an Anamika Khanna outfit and jewellery from Jet Gems for the Dhoom Dhaam Wedding Trunk Show in Mumbai. What we like about this look is that it’s so bright and cheery that it instantly got us hooked. We think stylist Tanya Ghavri did a very good job here but we must credit Fernandez too on managing to pull off the look well. It’s not easy to carry such heavy embroideried pallazo pants on a regular basis. Don’t you think? Also, the make-up was spot on with winged eyeliner and soft pink on her lips.
