The German, who is also currently standing third in the Longines Global Champions Tour which returns this weekend in Rome after a month’s break, continues at the top ahead of USA’s Kent Farrington who climbs up to second after climbing up from being fourth last month.
Farrington’s rise means France’s Simon Delestre drops down one spot to third, whilst another American rider McLain Ward is up one spot to fourth.
The biggest climb within the top 10 belongs to Canada’s Eric Lamaze who jumps from tenth place to fifth this month, and he is followed by France’s Penelope Leprevost, Germany’s Daniel Deusser and another French rider Kevin Staut in sixth, seventh, and eighth places respectively.
Great Britain’s Scott Brash drops down to ninth from sixth last month, whilst Sweden’s Rolf-Göran Bengtsson makes it back within the top 10 as number ten pushing Germany Marcus Ehning out and into 11th place.
Switzerland’s Steve Guerdat continues to close in on the top 10 by moving up six places to 14, as does Sweden’s Peder Fredricson who is the biggest mover across the whole of the top 100 going up 32 places from last month’s 50 to 18.
Canada’s Tiffany Foster and Portugal’s Luciana Dini both enjoy moves of eight places each to break into the top 30; Foster going from 32 to 24 and Diniz from 37 to 29.
The second biggest move in the top 100 is reserved for Belgium’s Niels Bruynseels who jumps 29 places from 70 to 41.
Ireland’s Richie Moloney, who won the Grand Prix and Longines Rider Challenge at last weekend’s Hampton Classic Horse Show, also enjoys a big move up the rankings to break into the top 50 by going up 20 places from 69 to 49.
Outside of the top 50, USA’s Jessica Springsteen jumps 19 places from 94 to 75, Germany’s Janne Friederike Meyer goes up 21 places from 98 to 77, whilst Switzerland’s Martin Fuchs breaks into the top 100 by going up 19 places from 104 to 85.
