Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Sep 6 2016 1:05PM Govt will not tolerate corruption : CMPuducherry, Sep 6 (UNI) Puducherry Chief Minister V Narayansamy informed the Assembly that the government will not tolerate corruption and will not let the corrupt escape. Replying to a special mention from AIADMK member Vaiyyapuri Manikandan during zero hour, he said a thorough enquiry would be conducted into the alleged irregularities in the Food and Drug control department. He said he had already received several complaints about an official in the department that he is responsible for the exodus of several industries here. Everything would be investigated thoroughly, he added. Mr Narayanasamy said Mr.Manikandan called him over phone on Saturday last and said that the particular official Balasubramanian is snatching away the files and other details from the computer by opening the office on Saturday, being a holiday.
