BJP took to street protest demanding resignation of CM and Home Minister in Manipur
Huge number of supporters protested for holding fresh recruitment and invalidating the previously DPC completed constable candidates.
The BJP Manipur Pradesh started a protest near Thangmeiband-Assembly road on last day of assembly session. Huge number of supporters protested for holding fresh recruitment and invalidating the previously DPC completed constable candidates.
"Root out corrupted and incompetent Ibobi govt, removed Home minister Gaikhangam", the protesters demanded.
THE PROTEST
Large numbers of police squad armed with smoke bombs, tear gas shell barricaded the Protestors at Khuyathong Traffic point.
The protesters shouted," save the future of Manipur youth; resign CM and Home minister Gaikhangam in moral ground" and later questioned the reasons for cancencellation of the whole process, which started since 2013.

Meanwhile the protestors also shouted demands for implementation of ILPS system by passing bill during the monsoon session.
