Traffic curbs at Dhoolpet

Hyderabad: As transportation of Ganesh idols from Dhoolpet area is likely to start from Thursday, police have imposed traffic restrictions till 2pm on Saturday.
The Hyderabad police said that no vehicle would be allowed from Bhoigudakaman X Roads towards Gandhi statue Puranapul via Mangalhat PS. Commuters moving from Darusalam who are intending to go to Puranapul should go via Panmandi, Ghode ki khabar, Jhinsi Chowrai, Jumerat Bazar and Puranapul.Commuters from Asifnagar going to Puranapul will have to take right turn at Aghapura X Road should proceed towards Ghode ki khabar, Jinsi Chowrahi, Gulzar Baitak and Jummerath .
Vehicles like auto trolleys, DCMs lorries and other vehicles ferrying idols would enter from Gandhi statue side at Puranapul, Jali Hanuman, Mangalhat PS, Shanker Café and exit through Bhoiguda Kaman.
People on two-wheelers and cars from Puranapul side would have to park their vehicles at Jiyaguda side, while vehicles from Seetharambagh and Darusalam side could park their vehicles in lanes of Aghapura and go on walk for purchase of the idols.
