Excerpts:
As the officer who blew the whistle on the Robert Vadra-DLF land deal, what are your expectations from the Dhingra Commission report?
What was the quid pro quo for the sweetheart deal between M/s DLF and M/s Skylight Hospitality? There is no free lunch. The nation must know the compromises made in other deal(s) at public cost by public servants who are supposed to be public trustees.
The commission didn’t call you during its probe. Do you think you could have explained much more to it?
I would have to see the report to comment on the hypothetical question. However, I submitted a detailed report to the government on February 12, 2015 in the form of Volume-I of my reply to the chargesheet.
Do you feel the government should immediately make the Dhingra report public?
Yes, without doubt. Democratic accountability demands that questions raised during elections are comprehensively answered to the public.

What have been the consequences for you?
The witch-hunt continues and seems unending. The saga is a complete book by itself. The strategy is to besmirch my credibility and reputation before finishing me. Bad elements are foisted as complainants. I wish the inquiries, chargesheets, bad ACRs (annual confidential reports) are tried in the open. Sunshine scares conspirators. Goebbelsian half-truths and lies thrive in dark. People who should have been in the dock for the scams sit in judgement over me. That is my tragedy.
