The Southwest Monsoon has been vigorous over Rayalaseema and active over coastal Andhra Pradesh.
Heavy rain is very likely to occur at isolated places in Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East and West Godavari, Krishna, Nellore, Prakasam, and Guntur districts of coastal A.P., and in Kurnool, Kadapa, Chittoor, and Anantapur in Rayalaseema on Wednesday.
The upper air cyclonic circulation over west-central Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas of north coastal Andhra Pradesh persists, according to the India Meteorological Department.

Coastal A.P.: Kaikalur (Krishna) 12, Sattenapalle (Guntur) 9, Macherla (Guntur) and Tadepalligudem (West Godavari) 7 each, Ongole (Prakasam), Polavaram (West Godavari), and Bhimadole (West Godavari) 6 each.
Piduguralla (Guntur) 5, Velairpad (West Godavari) and Vararamachandrapur (East Godavari) 4 each.
Rayalaseema: Duvvur (Kadapa) 23, Nandyal (Kurnool) 19, Simhadripuram (Kadapa) 15, Proddutur (Kadapa) 14, Chapad (Kadapa) 13, Badvel (Kadapa) 11, Rajupalem (Kadapa) 9, Jammalamadugu (Kadapa) 8, Kondapuram (Kadapa), Pagidyala (Kurnool), and Tadpatri (Anantapur) 7 each, Vempalle (Kadapa) 6, Pulivendula (Kadapa), Jupadu Bungalow (Kurnool), and Nandikotkur (Kurnool) 5 each.
