As we are still waning away from the Kabali fever, here's an awesome announcement to jump-start that excitement all over again! You ask, what that is? Well, things are not going to get quite when it comes Rajinikanth the superstar after 2.0. Because he is coming together with Pa Ranjith again! For a new script, new story and a new everything. And no, it's not the sequel of Kabali for sure! And, Dhanush will be producing it! Yes, son-in-law producing the father-in-law is now underway! Unfortunately, we won't get to see them on the screen together but this is awesome just as well. It was yesterday when Dhanush gave us this wonderful piece of news and ended our Monday on a great note. That too with Nerrupa Da playing in the background. Classic. For all those who don't know, Rajinikanth's Kabali directed by Pa Ranjith released on July 22nd, this year. The Kabali mania around this film was a topic of subject across the world! The Rajinikanth craze was unbelieveable and it reached whole new levels with this gangsta drama. Rajinikanth's look, style and dialogues had fans screaming till they were hoarse. The movie did phenomenally abroad, opening to great previews. The promotional strategies around this movie will also be remembered in the years to come. Seriously, who gets a specially designed plane that will fly from one city to another, to make sure you catch the first screening of Kabali. Only Rajinikanth makes that possible. The movie did decently at the box office, raking in at least Rs 320 crores before its release and 200 crores after. Pa Ranjith is now called Kabali's director more than anything else. Rajinikanth will soon resume shooting for 2.0 which also stars Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson. The Rustom star will be playing the antagonist in this movie. The first look that we caught was quite scary and intimidating. From what reports state, the first teaser of 2.0 will be out this November! And for those who can't wait for 2.0's release, Rajinikanth Baasha is re-releasing! The digitisation process is already underway. We will get to see the movie, mostly this December! Baasha was one of Rajinikanth's classic so to see him in his avatr of those days will be the perfect nostalgia trip! To love the star he grew to be!
