Coming off a disappointing and injury-riddled 2015 campaign,
Colts quarterback Andrew Luck barely made the NFL's Top 100
list heading into 2016, as voted by his peers in the league.
At first glance, Luck’s ranking at No. 92 might appear to be a
misprint, given that just a year before he was one of the highest
rated quarterbacks on the list and considered a potential MVP
candidate.

Last season, however, was thoroughly unkind to Luck,
who missed nine games due to shoulder and kidney
injuries. In the games he did play, Luck was wildly
inconsistent.
For all of Luck’s struggles in 2015, some analysts feel that
the quarterback fell too far on the list. NFL Network’s
Marshall Faulk and Eric Davis both criticized the voting
system, stating that the players grossly underestimated
Luck’s value and rated him too low.
Behind a rebuilt offensive line for the 2016 season, Luck
hopes to avoid many of the issues that plagued his 2015
season; he looks to have more time in the pocket and, the
team hopes, less time on his back from getting hit.
