JAMMU, Aug 25: Thirty five students from UCMAS Abacus Jammu Region have been selected to participate in 15th National Level UCMAS Abacus and Mental Arithmetic Competition 2016 which is scheduled to be held on August 27 and 28 at Chandanvan, Bilwa, Tonk Road Jaipur.
In this competition over 5000 UCMAS Abacus students are going to participate from more than 20 States of India.
Students who have been selected for this national competition went through two months of intensive practice and training in Jammu at various UCMAS Abacus centers. They were provided practice sheets containing 200 sums every day and given target to solve it in 8 minutes with accuracy.
UCMAS students who are participating in different levels at nationals are Aanya Gupta, Rishita Mahajan, Peehu Mahajan, Enakshi Rana, Kaashvi Mahajan, Svamin Gupta, Paranjay Shrikhandia, Jiniya Gupta, Anubhav Singh Jamwal, Vibha Sharma, Drishya Sharma, Diptansh Shrikhandia, Zayin Dobriyal, Dhanya Gupta, Parth Mahajan, Devansh Jogpal, Adhijai Mehta, Aadhar Kapoor, Shivesh Dhar, Satvik Bakshi, Arnav Veer Singh, Krishna Mahajan, Abhra Pawan Sharma, Ryan Vivek Mahajan, Prayrit Das Gautam, Aryan Abhishak Abrol, Mudita Gupta, Sarvagya Gupta, Rehan Gupta, Rishi Gupta, Daksh Ganjoo, Chahat Jogpal, Anshika Jain, Kushaan Baliya and Nirmaya Gupta.
The hall tickets were issued to participating students at UCMAS Regional Office Jammu by Directors Rupesh Masson and Sonia Masson in presence of UCMAS franchisee owners. Guidelines were also issued to parents who are accompanying their wards for this national competition.
