Sussanne Khan gets a CLEAN CHIT in the fraud case!

Criminal complaint filed on Sussanne Khan by Emgee Properties has been quashed by the High Court!

She took to Twitter to share this news that she was free of the allegations falsely made by a properties group based in Goa!

As we all already know that Sussanne Khan's reputation as an interior designer is quite good. However, in the month of June, we had reported how the Panaji police booked her in a fraudulent case worth Rs. 1.87 crore. For the same, Sussanne had clarified in the past as well as she revealed some shocking details about the allegations made on her. However, with the case still pending in the court, there wasn't much she could do but clear her name off this allegation. Khan took to Twitter some time ago to share this good news that she was indeed innocent. Her tweet said -

For all those unaware, a company going by the name EMGEE properties alleged that she failed to execute the project based in Goa, thus cheating the firm out of Rs 1.87 crore, which was paid between September 21, 2013 to February 20, 2015. Ms Khan has dismissed the allegations against her as “false” and “defamatory” and a pressure tactic by the firm. Hrithik Roshan's former Mrs opened up on this fraud case and revealed shocking details of the same.

In an interview, she had stated, “The blame is completely false. They are trying to attack me and pressurise me just because I had initiated a case against them in 2015 with regards to not paying me my dues and using my designs for the project. It’s a violation of copyright, as they cannot go ahead and use my designs without my consent.” She even mentioned that her work was up to the mark and the allegations made by the company were uncalled for. She revealed, “It’s a completely false allegation, as they didn’t want to pay me my dues. I will take solid action for defamation. He thought that I was a single woman so I won’t retaliate, but that’s not going to happen. I am going to set an example for all the entrepreneurs who don’t have it easy in this industry.”

Reacting to the claims by the company that she posed as an architect to get the project, Sussanne said, “I find it amusing that they can say that. I can’t believe that people come up with such stories to bully me, not remembering what my background is as a human being and the family I come from. All the marketing collaterals, brochure and invitation cards show Rooshad Shroff as the architect of the project.”
