All YU phones to now have complementary access to JIO Preview offer

YU, the wholly owned subsidiary of Micromax and the new age mobile brand, today announced the partnership with Reliance Jio to make 4G accessible to the ever growing base of digital consumers. With this partnership, YU consumers will be able to access an exclusive preview of the Reliance Jio 4G service for free for a period of 90 days.

Under the terms of the Jio Preview Offer, consumers who purchase YU 4G smart devices will get Reliance Jio 4G sim to get complementary access to unlimited HD Voice, Video calling, unlimited SMS, unlimited High-Speed Data services, and access to Jio Apps.

Commenting on the partnership, Mr. Shubhodip Pal, COO, YU Televentures said, "As a new age brand, we have been future ready and have introduced all phones that are 4G compatible. With this preview offer our consumers will be able to enjoy the 4G benefits like never before."

Just the simple steps to follow:

• The Jio Preview Offer can be availed by YU consumers on all models by downloading the MyJio application available on Google Play and then find the 'Generate coupon' option.
• The consumers will find a On clicking the option, a bar-coded coupon (which is non transferrable and has a limited validity period) will be generated.
• Consumers are then required to submit any one proof of identity and proof of address for verification at the nearest Reliance Digital and Reliance Dx Mini stores or select modern trade outlets.
• Upon successful submission and authentication of all documents, a Jio SIM card will be handed over to the consumer.
• Consumers can then activate the 'Preview Offer' from the MyJio app, and access all the services including JioPlay, JioOnDemand, JioBeats & JioMoney.

The offer is available for all YU phones with immediate effect. The consumers can enjoy all the 4G services as per detailed terms and conditions of Reliance Jio (presently for 90 days from the day the offer is activated on their smart devices).
