Uttarakhand CM playing in hands of mafia: BJP

New Delhi, Aug 24 (UNI) As Uttarakhand goes to polls next year, the BJP today launched fresh attack on Harish Rawat government accusing it of playing in the hands of mafia.
The party fielded two senior leaders – Satpal Maharaj and former State Chief Minister Ramesh Pokhriyal 'Nishank' – to level fresh allegations against Mr Rawat.
The party also demanded from Congress president Sonia Gandhi and vice-president Rahul Gandhi that the party take action against Mr Rawat who was indulging in several scams.
