The Baltimore Ravens activated veteran linebacker Elvis Dumervil and former first-round wide receiver Breshad Perriman off the physically unable to perform list on Monday.

While Dumervil participated in practice, the team wasn't as quick to put Perriman back on the field. Perriman, who sustained a partially torn ACL two months ago in a non-contact drill during training camp, was expected to participate in a walk-through on Monday.

"It's very exciting," coach John Harbaugh told ESPN of the inclusion of Perriman, who was selected with the 26th overall pick of the 2015 draft. "I'm sure we'll all be holding our breath a little bit. That's just natural."

While Perriman has yet to play in an NFL game, Dumervil has excelled when he's been on the field. A four-time Pro Bowl selection, Dumervil is looking to make his way back after having a surgical procedure on his foot in June.

Dumervil has enjoyed back-to-back Pro Bowl seasons, as he followed up his career high-tying 17-sack performance in 2014 with 48 tackles in 2015.

The 32-year-old Dumervil has recorded 343 tackles, 95 1/2 sacks, one interception and 21 forced fumbles in nine seasons with Denver and the Ravens.
