BRPS students shine in game design contest

Deepkumar Pawar, Ninad Shelke, Ved Vaze, Nihar Phansalkar and Tanishq Chakravarty from Blue Ridge Public School (BRPS) won the trophy for best judge's choice in an interschool game design competition held recently.

PUNE: Deepkumar Pawar, Ninad Shelke, Ved Vaze, Nihar Phansalkar and Tanishq Chakravarty from Blue Ridge Public School (BRPS) won the trophy for best judge's choice in an interschool game design competition held recently.
Titled 'Game Jam Titans', the competition was held at Bharatiya Vidyapeth University.
It was organized by Nasscom and Mindbox Evolving Education and conducted across seven cities in India.
As many as 14 schools participated in the competition, for which the topic was 'Pokemon' or 'Garbage'.
BRPS students designed a game on garbage segregation. The game focused on the theme of 'Swachh Bharat'. Computer facilitators Shaifali Kulshreshtha and Kavita Hegde guided the students for the competition.
