Revealed: Amitabh Bachchan's character in Sarkar 3!

Sarkar 3 will bring back the duo after a gap of eight years.

The last movie from the popular movie franchise Sarkar was made in year 2008. So it is after a gap of eight years, Ram Gopal Varma and Amitabh Bachchan will team up for Sarkar and as a result the movie will have huge expectations. Both the earlier movies were well appreciated by the audiences and as a result the third installment too will be looked upon. Ram Gopal Verma who will be directing this version too, wants to bring back the angry avatar of Mr Bachchan in this movie. Talking to a leading tabloid, RGV mentions that, anger against injustice, suppression and exploitation were the hallmarks of the various characters the veteran has played down the years and which have collectively made him the legend he is. But in the last decade, many directors have failed to capture this shade and have instead tried focusing on other aspects. According to RGV, if there is any movie that has done justice to Amitabh’s identity as angry young man post his movies like Zanjeer, Deewar or Don then it is Sarkar. According to him, “The only time I remember seeing him really angry in the last 10 years is in Sarkar. Anger is a common emotion and has nothing to do with the age of character. Sarkar 3 won’t have a single antagonist in the movie.While the plot deals with the multi faceted crisis in the Sarkar tradition but this time there will be dramatic events and larger than life characters set against a backdrop of one – upmanship, criminal practices and terrifying conspiracies.
