Dhofar’s third Arab film forum concludes

Muscat: Dhofar’s third Arab film forum concluded yesterday at a ceremony presided over by Abdullah Al Amri, Shura member of Sadah in Dhofar.
The forum ran from August 15 to 20 and focused on Arabian and Iranian movies. Award for the best short novel film was presented to ‘Har Jaf Sayfan’, directed by Egyptian director Sharif Al Bandari, award for the best Omani film went to ‘Al Nuqta Al Sawda’ directed by Hassan Al Balushi and the Judges panel award was given to the film ‘Shoof’, by Tunisian director Iman Daleel.
