Hoshiarpur man murdered in Spain

HOSHIARPUR: Sourav Dadwal (30) of Changarwan village in the district was stabbed to death by his room-mate in Barcelona (Spain) on Thursday.

Sourav Dadwal (30) of Changarwan village in the district was stabbed to death by his room-mate in Barcelona (Spain) on Thursday.

Sourav, who worked in a store, had shifted to Spain 12 years ago. He got married in January.

His brother, Ramesh Chand Dadwal, said the room-mate – who was probably from Punjab — killed him over a dispute. Sourav’s family has requested the government to help them bring his body to India. — OC
