Father kills daughter on Rakhi day

Kaithal, Aug 19 (UNI) When the daughters of India brought glory to the country in Rio Olympics ,In a very shocking incident a father done to death his one and half years old daughter by hitting her in the stomatch on Rakhi day . According to information , the accused a resident of Padla village in this district always blamed his wife for giving birth to three daughters and had a heated arguments with her when he demanded money from her for liquor following which he in a fit of anger threw the infant on the ground and hit her in the stomatch following which her condition deteriorated . Later the child was taken to hospital where doctors declared her brought dead .
In her complaint to the police Reena mother of deceased stated that she was married to Paramjit of Padla village and she had three daughters and one son from the wedlock . Her husband was a habitual drunkard and did no work. She started doing some labour work to make both ends meet but her husband always forcibly took money from her to drink liquor. She strongly resisted her husband but all in vain. She stated that the matter reached police on many occasions but she compromise keeping in view the future of her children .
On Rakhi day she received some cash from the people where she worked. Her husband again demanded money from her and on her refusal threw the girl on the ground and hit her. She picked up her daughter and reached her paternal home in Pai village. She went to lodge complaint with police who asked her to first take the child to hospital for treatment. But on reaching hospital the child was declared dead by doctors.
