Ramgarhia Education Council honours chairman of small scale industries development board

LUDHIANA: Ramgarhia Education Council (REC) held a ceremony to honour Upkar Singh Ahuja who has been appointed chairman of Small Scale Industries Development Board (SSIDB) by the Punjab government, recently.
While addressing the ceremony, Ranjodh Singh, president, REC congratulated Ahuja on being chosen for the important post and said that the Industry has high hopes from him and looks for speedy growth of Ludhiana Industry under his leadership.
Meanwhile Jagtar Singh Bhambra, general secretary of REC informed that Ahuja’s appointment as chairman of SSIDB is the result of his tireless and sincere efforts which he has been making for the growth and development of Industry for the last two decades.
The prominent Industrialists who attended the ceremony were –Manjit Singh, Rajinder Singh, Jagtar Singh, Gurmit Singh Kular, Surinder Singh, Jagdev Singh, Jasvir Singh, Raghbir Singh Sohal, Charanjit Singh Vishawkarma, Baldev Singh, Harjit Singh Sond & Gurcharan Singh Lotey.
