More than 500 businesses and industry representatives are expected at Falkirk Town Hall next month for The Falkirk Business Day on Thursday 8th September (8am to 3pm).

Hosted by Falkirk Council, the free to attend event features a range of free seminars, expert advice and networking opportunities as well as a dedicated exhibition space with nearly 50 local and national exhibitors.

The event is aimed at all businesses across the Falkirk area who want to grow their business networks and gain expert advice on a number of current topics, ranging from Digital Boost and Digital Tourism seminars to improve your online activity and marketing to using  the latest digital tools.

There will also be seminars from the Royal Bank of Scotland and KPMG on essential business skills and various networking sessions from 4Networking.

To attend you must register in advance where you can pre-book any of the seminars on offer.

Councillor Dennis Goldie, spokesperson for Economic Development said: “The Falkirk Business Day brings together a whole range of business support and services where anyone with an interest in business will benefit from coming along.

“The free event is part of the ongoing support we offer for new and existing businesses and will be a valuable and exciting event for those attending.”

Free parking is available at the Howgate shopping centre for attendees and a range of fresh local produce will be available throughout the day.
