Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Aug 15 2016 9:15PM Woman kills three children, attempts suicideBettiah, Aug 15 (UNI) Frustrated over family dispute, a mother killed her three children including a six-month-old infant by throwing them into a canal before jumping at Kathaiya village under Mufassil police station area in West Champaran district today. Police said the woman, a resident of Karanmaya village in the district threw her three children identified as Sapana (6), Subhanshu (5) and an infant into Tirhut main canal and herself jumped into it. Villagers saved the woman from drowning, but the children were swept by the strong current of the canal. Local people handed over the woman, wife of one Bhutan Ram to the police later.
