Philadelphia based private lender New Penn Financial has hired Scott Jedlinski to manage Virginia branch.

Mr. Jedlinski brings over 20 years of experience in the housing industry, and has worked in every aspect of the mortgage lending industry, including origination, operations, marketing, and upper level management. At his previous position, he managed 70 loan officers for a Top 25 Lender.
