The vegetables procured from the farmers would be moved to centralised distribution centre set up in the Bowenpally market, where they will be sorted, graded and stored in the cold storage there, if necessary.

Then the vegetable will be supplied to the Mana Kuragayalu outlets, Rythu Bazaars other outlets set up in gated communities.

Collection (procurement) of vegetables from farmers, management of distribution centre has been handed over to one agency, Farmfix, and management of Mana Kuragayalu outlets has been given to another agency, Genera Agri Corp, both selected through a tenders process.

Trial run of 20 Mana Kuragayalu stalls in different localities in the city commenced a few days back and they were opened formally on Sunday. Minister for Transport P. Mahender Reddy, MP C. Malla Reddy and others participated.
