Petrol prices plunge past 11-year low around Perth

The cost of petrol in Perth has continued to fall past an 11-year low - with prices as low as 91.4 cents a litre on Monday.

FuelWatch has listed Caltex Woolworths in Canning Vale, Greenwood, Whitfords, Joondalup, Maddington, Morley Galleria, South Lake and Warnbro Fair as the cheapest places on Monday.

The price for unleaded can be as low as 87.4 cents a litre with a fuel voucher, while the metro average for unleaded has been listed at 102 cents per litre.

The cheapest spot for diesel is at FastFuel 24/7 in Forrestfield at 108.9 cents - the average across the metro area is 120.8 cents a litre.

According to 9 News Perth, some service stations appearing to be selling fuel for less than what it costs them.
