A man accused of killing another man at a block of flats in Griffith will be tried for murder in the ACT Supreme Court.
Scott Jamie Cole, 40, was arrested at the scene of the death in February this year, after residents at the Stuart Flats found Jason Hollingshed's body and called an ambulance.
Police have alleged Mr Hollingshed, 48, was stabbed by Cole after an argument over damage to his front door.
Cole has pleaded not guilty to murder.
Cole represented himself during committal proceedings, having sacked his legal aid lawyers.
He assured the court he would have legal representation for the start of the trial.
A second man, Trevor John Hobbs, was charged as an accessory to the murder, however prosecutors dropped the charge in July, saying they had no evidence.
Cole will be back in court later this month.
