Iceland’s Pirate Party doesn’t have a plan yet on how it intends to govern, but it will.

The loosely organized group of Internet-freedom and direct-democracy activists is leading in the opinion polls as the small north Atlantic island heads for an early election on Oct. 29 after its center-right government on Thursday called the snap vote.
