Tiger attacks youth on bike in UP

Pilibhit, Aug 14(UNI) A youth was critically injured when a tiger attacked him under Madhotanda police station area of the district here today.
Police sources here said the youth, Dharampal was going on his motorcycle when the tiger attacked him near Surai bridge. The injured youth, who has been admitted to Puranpur community health centre, was going to his home in Karliya village in the district from Khatima in Uttarakhand.
Forest department officials have been informed about the incident, police said.
