One person is in custody and another is on the run Saturday after a home break-in in Brookline.Brookline police said an officer was patrolling in the area of Griggs Roas and Griggs Terrace in an unmarked car when he said he saw two men acting suspiciously. The officer said one of the men walked down the driveway of a home while a second man was spotted getting into a vehicle a short distance away.Police followed the car and pulled it over when a homeowner called police to report a break-in in the area where the suspicious activity was taking place.The residents told police they were home and heard noises coming from upstairs, but when they yelled the noises stopped and they called police.Police arrested the man in the vehicle and charged him with daytime breaking and entering.The incident remains under investigation and a search for the other man continues.
