Known for his trolling skills, former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag took to Twitter to wish fellow cricketer and former Pakistani cricketer Shoaib Akhtar on his 41st birthday.
In a tweet, Sehwag wished the cricketer calling him a ‘Chalti firti Titanic, Doobiyo mat’ (like the ship, Titanic, don’t sink).
Twitterati soon responded by using the hashtag ‘#shoaibkibirthdayvirukiparty’ with funny memes and gifs.
From Shoaib Akhtar being cropped into the Titanic movie poster to many others, Twitterati didn’t fail to entertain as the hashtag caught on. Sehwag didn’t stop at that and tweeted again asking followers to wish Shoaib Akhtar using the hashtag, but this time with a funny video.
He followed that by saying no matter how the son is doing, the father never forgets to wish him on his birthday. For this, he used the hashtag #baapbaaphotahai and continued to troll him.
He also retweeted some of the tweets of his followers who used the hashtag with hilarious messages. Shoaib Akhtar meanwhile thanked all his followers whom he called friends saying that his friends meant the world to him and also that he wished he could personally thank each and everyone.
Sehwag’s followers had various things to say like from calling his account a ‘stress buster’ to a follower saying only Shoaib Akhtar and Sehwag could unite India-Pakistan fans in such a hilarious way.
Sehwag has not left any opportunity to take a dig at Shoaib Akhtar albeit friendly since their on-field rivalry. Although fans don’t get to see the duo on the field any longer, they never fail to entertain
