Narendra Modi government in an All-party meeting on Friday talked about the ongoing violence in Jammu and Kashmir and said that it is working hard to ensure that normalcy returns in in the valley. In the meet, Modi said that India will not tolerate interference of Pakistan in Indian internal affairs, and threatened to expose Pakistan’s atrocities in Balochistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) regions. This has triggered social media debates, and has brought forth Pakistan’d cruelty in that region. Twitteratti has come forth to discuss the issue and raked up major online debates.

Kashmir has been witnessing unrest and violence since the killing of Burhan Wani, a Hizbul millitant. It has been a continuos curfew of more than 30 days in the Valley. Earlier, Home Minister Rajnath Singh, in the Rajya Sabha said that the violence in the region was sponsored by Pakistan. The statement which was supported by Jitendra Singh, MoS Prime Minister’s Office as well. In the All- party meet Rajnath Singh put out the salient points in which he asked people belonging to PoK and Balochistan regions, living in other countries to talk about atrocities in those areas so that Pakistan can be exposed in front of the world community.

With a hope that debates and talks can expose Pakistan’s attrocities in the PoK and Balochistan region, the Modi government said that various measures are being taken in order to bring normalcy back to the state.
