Zulfiqar case: Three witnesses record statements

When the defence lawyer asked the witness how did Kanwarpal showed him the photographs if they were not on talking terms, Jangsher corrected and said that after he left Zulfiqar’s NGO, he joined another NGO owned by Kanwarpal and it was there where he saw the pictures.

Dr Kulbir Singh Bal, who works at the Government Multi Specialty Hospital, Sector 16, also deposed before the court. He stated that there was no external injury on the body of the victim he had examined and the CFSL report on the same is yet to come. When the defense counsel asked him what was the life of the semen, the doctor said it was 72 hours.

The defence counsel then stated that the victims have alleged that they were sodomised a year ago, then whose sample was sent to CFSL.
The third witness, constable Jasvir Singh, said investigating officer SI Harminder Singh had prepared the rough site plan of the ground and first floor during investigation. Then raids were carried on at the two floors.
