"Watch Dogs 2" developers discussed the popular hacktivist group called DedSec and how it came to be in San Fransisco and IGN's official remote access.

In the video, the developers discussed in detail how the DedSec name was decided for the group and revealed some insights as how the fictional hacktivist group coincides with real-world companies.

In contrast to the Chicago, players will be introduced in the streets of San Fransisco and along with it, the underground group DedSec.

The idea, according to the devs, was not exactly original given that the things going on in the game was already happening in real-life. These things were researched carefully in order for the game to deliver the game in a way that it would look and sound the same just like the real thing.

Even the glitches, art style, cryptic messages and how the people in the game talk, especially those from the DedSec crew are replicated well beyond the expectations.

"The state of mind of Watch Dogs 2 is simply educating people and at the same time, having fun with it" creative director Jonathan Morin emphasized later in the video.

Along with "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands," "Watch Dogs 2" demos will be shown off at the upcoming Gamescom this August 17. Fans will be see both of the game and see the differences between "The Division." and the new Ghost Recon game.

Along with the two games mentioned, Ubisoft will also have a hands-off demo for "South Park: The Fractured But Whole" game. The action game "For Honor" playable demo will also be in the show floor.

"Watch Dogs 2" is scheduled to be released on PC, Xbox One, and PS4 this November, while "Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands" will be out on March 7 2017.
