Two held for stealing articles worth Rs 14,000
Nashik: Two youths have been arrested for allegedly stealing articles worth Rs 14,000 from Swami Samartha Kendra, near Shani temple in Pancham Nagri, Citric, Jail Road on the night intervening Wednesday and Thursday.
The Nashik Road police said that the duo will be produced before a city court on Friday.
Assistant Police Inspector Sachin Khairnar of the Nashik Road police station said that the theft occurred sometime in the night and was noticed in the wee hours of Thursday.
A complaint was lodged by local resident Vandana Borade.
"During the investigation, our informants asked us to enquire about Rohit Jadhav and Suraj Kamble, both 18 years of age from Dasak village. The duo was detained from near the premises of Swami Samarth Kendra. They confessed to have committed the crime," Khairnar said.The duo will be produced before a city court on Friday for police custody. During further investigation, it will be known if they have committed more robberies.
Two youths of around 18 years have been arrested by the Nashik Road police on the charge of burglary in the Nashik Road area on the intervening night of Wednesday and Thursday. The two suspects will be produced before a city court on Friday, informed senior police officials.
Articles worth Rs 14,000 were stolen from Swami Samartha Kendra, near the Shani temple in Pancham Nagri, Citric, Jail Road on Wednesday night. A complaint in this regard was lodged by a resident of the area Vandana Borade.

The two suspects will be produced before a city course on Friday for police custody. During the course of investigation, it will be known if they have committed robberies in the past.
