Army holds Sadbhavana rally

JAMMU: The Army’s Trishul Division organised a Sadbhavana rally at Nyoma, Leh, to connect with the people of the Ladakh region.

Jammu, August 11

The Army’s Trishul Division organised a Sadbhavana rally at Nyoma, Leh, to connect with the people of the Ladakh region.

A large number of residents from 20 villages, including Reeboos, a nomadic tribe of Ladakh, attended the function. During the event, tents, kitchen items, furniture, solar streetlights, solar lanterns and solar water heaters were handed over to villagers of Kungyam, Liktse, Tarchit, Nyoma, Nyoma TR, Samad Rokchen, Sumdho, Dungti, Hanle, Koyul, Puga and Demchok.

The Army reiterated its commitment to uplift and amelioration of living conditions of the people of eastern Ladakh during the rally.
