Hrithik Roshan donates generously for a good cause

Ketto is a popular crowdfunding platform with one of its founders being actor Kunal Kapoor. Kapoor was seeking help for one of his international endeavours ' a family based in the US had suffered a personal tragedy and were looking to collect money to complete the funeral rites of a family member. The said family required at least Rs 5 lakhs and were running short of funds.Kunal took to social media to urge people to come forward and help the family.
And as soon as Hrithik heard about his, he checked with Kunal and asked his team to immediately transfer the amount to one of the family members of the deceased.
Speaking to a daily, a source said, 'Hrithik is known to be a very giving person who always steps in to help those in trouble and need.'
Added Kunal, 'Ketto was raising money for a family that had been hit by a tragedy. I put a post on social media, which Hrithik read. He called me and said he wanted to help the family. This is not the first time he has come forward to help. I hope a lot more people come forward and support such social and individual causes.'
