ParliamentPosted at: Aug 11 2016 3:17PM AAI generates Rs 8,207.44 cr through cargo flights, intl fleetNew Delhi, Aug 11 (UNI) Airports Authority of India (AAI) has generated a revenue of Rs 8,207.44 crore in the past four years from the fleet of international passenger and cargo flights using international airports and airspace of the country, the Lok Sabha was informed today.In a written reply, Minister of State for Civil Aviation Jayant Sinha said AAI has generated revenue of Rs 1,865.21 crore in 2012-13, Rs 1,956.44 crore in 2013-14 Rs 2,055.47 crore in 2014-15 and Rs 2,330.32 crore in 2015-16.The Minister added that a total of Rs 5,729.22 crore revenue was also generated from Communication Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) and Air Traffic Safety (ATS) facilities during the past three years and the current year.Please log in to get detailed story.Tags: #AAI generates Rs 8#207.44 cr through cargo flights# intl fleet
