Capt to be CM face, says Hanspal

Fatehgarh Sahib, August 10

Former PPCC president HS Hanspal today said Capt Amrinder Singh would be the party’s CM candidate. AICC president Sonia Gandhi and vice-president Rahul Gandhi had made it clear during his meeting with them recently and it would be announced at an appropriate time, he said.

He said Punjab had been ruined by the SAD-BJP government, while AAP was desperate to gain power in the state to further its political interests. — TNS
