Spotting Abhay Deol in KK's Pal will be your WTF moment of the day

Abhay Deol keeps surprising us, doesn't he? Having broken far away from the Deol clan with a whole spate of intelligent movies in his repertoire. KK's Pal was one of the most famous music videos from the late 90s when MTv was still unknown quantity for the Indian audience.

Now, much to our surprise we found the youngest Deol made an appearance in the video, long long before he made his feature film debut in Imtiaz Ali's Socha Na Tha. He makes an appearance in his typical long, curly hair once upon a time.

Abhay Deol even uploaded a then and now picture, unleashing his 18-year old nerd on his official Facebook page. On the caption he wrote: "I lost a bet to a friend. Here's my passport pic from when I was 18 years (on the left in case you can't tell!). I didn't actually have a number to wear glasses (still don't), I used to put them on to pass off as intelligent. The pic on the right is from my current passport. If any of you ladies and gents want to share their old pics, feel free to add them to the comments with a title. My title is "Celebrating Nerdy-ness."

The DevD actor is awaiting his latest release Happy Bhag Jaayegi starring Diana Penty, Jimmy Shergill and Ali Fazal. The film directed by Mudassar Aziz, is slated for release on August 19, 2016.
