Minister's phone stolen in train: Mobile phone of Minister for welfare and development of physically-challenged Sahib Singh Saini was reportedly stolen from A-1 compartment of Begumpura Express, while he was traveling to Lucknow with his staff on Monday.

Lucknow: Minister's phone stolen in train: Mobile phone of Minister for welfare and development of physically-challenged Sahib Singh Saini was reportedly stolen from A-1 compartment of Begumpura Express, while he was traveling to Lucknow with his staff on Monday.
According to Government Railway Police inspector D K Upadhyay, Ram Pal, the personal assistant of the minister lodged the complaint under section 380 (punishment for theft) that Saini was traveling along with his staff (occupying berths 13, 14, 15 and 16) and the incident took place near Moradabad station at around 2am on Monday.

Another theft was reported from B2 sleeper coach of the same train. Rajiv Bajpai, a resident of Lucknow lodged a complaint with the GRP that his dual SIM smartphone was stolen while he was sleeping near Saharanpur station during the journey (to Lucknow). A case has been registered.
