DTI turns over BuB funds to 4 towns
FOUR towns recently received their respective Bottom-up Budgeting (BuB) 2016 fund from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
Regional Director Florante Leal and Provincial Director Peter Mangabat turned over the checks on separate occasions to local governments of Alaminos City, Binmaley, Sto. Tomas and Bugallon.
Alaminos City Mayor Arthur Celeste received P700,000.00 for the city’s Yaman Pinoy (Candle Making) project while Binmaley Mayor Simplicio Rosario received P700,000.00 for its Yaman Pinoy (Mushroom Production) project.
Both Sto. Tomas Mayor Timoteo Villar III and Bugallon Mayor Jummel Anthony Espino received P1.5 million each for their respective One Town, One Product (OTOP) Store Express projects. (PIA)
